The Brand New Haakaa Website is Here!
Hello, Haakaa family! We're so excited to share something we've been working on for a while now (and that you may have already noticed): our completely redesigned website is finally here!
If you've visited recently, you'll have noticed things look just a tiny bit different around here. We've given our website a total makeover, and we very much looking forward to you giving it a bit of an explore! And for all that it looks great, we’ve done more than just give it a fresh coat of paint; we've worked with a great team of professionals to rebuild everything from the ground up to make your experience with us even better.
Why The Change?
We love what we do, and we're always looking for ways to serve you better. As we've grown and listened to what you need, it became clear that our old website, for all the great work it has done for us until now, just wasn't keeping up anymore. We wanted to create a space that's easier to use and more enjoyable to navigate, somewhere you can find exactly what you're looking for without hassle!
So, we went back to the drawing board and created something we're really proud of.
What's new?
The Looks
From the first moment you arrive on our homepage, before you even start to navigate, you'll notice the difference! We've embraced a soft, fresh, welcoming design in our signature green that puts what matters most front and centre. Everything has been carefully designed to make your visit as smooth and pleasant as possible.
Simple Navigation
Finding what you need shouldn't be complicated! We've completely restructured how our website is organised, creating clear pathways that guide you exactly where you want to go. Whether you're visiting us for the first time or you're a regular, you'll find everything is now super intuitive and easy to navigate – and there are even multiple pathways to find what you’re after, making it easier than ever. With new menu categories that let you browse by new arrivals, best sellers, stage (baby OR mum!), solutions or category, all our products are easier to find and simpler to navigate. We’ve even got a special section for parents and families from the UK and US to be able to shop in their local areas! There’s more than just that, though. We’ve made it easier to find our new arrivals, and we now have a brand-new “Coming Soon” section, so you can see what we’ve got in the works and get notified once they launch!
Better Experience Across All Devices
We've rebuilt the entire site with you in mind, whether you choose to browse on desktop, tablet, or phone. Content is easier to read, and everything works seamlessly, however you’re shopping. We know you're busy, so we've optimised the experience no matter how you're accessing our site!
New Features to Make Your Life Easier
Beyond the visual refresh, we've added some really exciting new features designed to make your interactions with us more helpful and productive. We've listened carefully to your feedback and built brand-new parts of the site that address what you've been asking for. That means quick and easy navigation to things like support, our loyalty programme and, for the first time ever, our own baby registry – though more on that next week! We’ve even included our product manuals within each product. That means there’s no need to worry if you’ve lost yours and can’t remember a key piece of information – simply head to that product, check out the “Instructions for Use” tab, and you’ll find a link to the pdf of that product! How handy is that?

While almost everything looks and feels completely fresh and different, our commitment to you is exactly the same. We're still the same team, passionate about what we do and dedicated to providing you with the same quality and care you've come to expect from us. This new website is simply a better way for us to connect with you, and an easier way for you to quickly and easily find exactly what it is that you’re after, whether that’s advice, support, or new products.
