1. Wash before use. Fill the container with chosen contents, ensuring not to exceed the top measurement mark.

2. Close the lid carefully and ensure there are no gaps.

3. Record the contents and date on the recording card and insert it into the label slot.

4. If heating, remove the recording card and take off the lid before heating.

Before first use, disassemble and boil for 5 minutes to sterilise.
Wash before and after each use in warm soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly.
Remove recording cards before washing.
Use only soft brushes or sponges.
Sterilise using a steam steriliser or by boiling for 2–3 minutes.
Do not use bleach-based cleaners or sterilising tablets.
Do not use UV sterilisers, as they may affect product lifespan.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Solid food is recommended for babies aged 4–6 months+. Consult a medical professional before introducing solids earlier.
